Living in nature and lacking technology, people adapt to this biome by learning to watch their surroundings and understanding the intricacies/complexity of the rainforest. They also learn to rely on the renewable resources around them to create shelter and tools for themselves. Traditionally, Japanese people used the forests as coppices to provide them with fuel, fertilizer and fodder.
